Last Minute Musings

The weather forecast has changed; a little bit colder, and windier. I thought to warm up everyone, I'd post this picture from two years ago, with Gore dipping into one of the secret beer control stops. It was so hot, that many of us took a dip in the pool at the end of the ride. I hope everyone has a safe journey to CiTy BiLLy World Headquarters!

Beer Stops Part Two

The beer stops at Schnoctobeerfest will feature several classic American volume beers. These are friends when the waves get rough, and yet aren't so bitter that they make you want to jump overboard. We'll try to have an assortment in each of our portable containment devices.

I can't believe Schnoctobeerfest is less than a week away. Today, I travel to CiTy BiLLy World Headquarters for a little course recon. If the weather is nasty, we will have a bailout route (something I wouldn't have thought necessary until the last 24 hours). I'm also going to see the CiTy BiLLy badass black caps for the first time; I'll try to post a pic later today. It's not too late to join in on the fun! Remember, this is a ride, not a race, so all are welcome, as long as you have a sense of humor-believe me, watching me ride a bike will make you laugh!
