Here's something that every CiTy BiLLy should have: a WrapPack. It's a pouch to hold your keys, tools & beer (or bail) money in your jersey pocket when you're riding. It's water resistant & built to last. I was one of the last BiLLys to get one & it's now an indispensable piece of equipment.
